The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan delivered a speech at the International Conference “Global Challenges and Threats in Time of COVID-19 Pandemic: Terrorism and Violent Extremism”

In the framework of the speech characterized the attack of Azerbaijan to the civilians and infrastructures of vital importance in Artsakh war, the desecration and destruction of the Armenian historical, cultural and religious heritage, including the cathedrals, churches and other religious and historical monuments as manifestation of violent extremism and terrorism at state level.

In his speech he also touched upon the so called ‘victory park’ dedicated to Artsakh war in Baku, considering it an evident manifestation of the Azerbaijani racist policy.
